Living area features TWO full couches and a dining table that seats 8. And the back deck has 10 deck chairs to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings watching and listening to all the birds; or later in the day to enjoy the shade and tranquility of the huge oak trees.

Kitchen has granite counter tops and is fully outfitted with coffee and 2 coffee pots (a lovely selection of K-cups or a full pot), George Foreman Grill, toaster, microwave, cookware, utensils, crock pot, blender, and a COMPLIMENTARY BOTTLE OF WINE from Messina Hof, the local winery.
BREAKFAST is also provided -- waffles and fruit in the freezer; and pancake mix, Kind bars, and oatmeal in the pantry.

The "Legacy Room" features a king-size Sleep Number Bed, 2 end tables and lamps, an upholstered chair, and a desk with chair. It features canvasses depicting the 4 generations of Aggies in our family. Sliding glass doors open onto the back deck.

The "You are My Sunshine Room" has a luxurious queen bed with butter yellow appointments.

The "Oak and Feather" room has two comfy twin beds. The photos hanging on the wall are just some of the numerous bird species we have seen while relaxing on the back deck.
