'There was no room service done during my stay and the receptionist said they do them on different days but that was not communicated with me.Terrivle experience! I also got put into a double queen room because they said they had overbooked the king room I reserved and paid for. Never staying at this hotel again. '

'The desk staff seemed cold and off putting at check in. My room was off the lobby on the first floor and kids were paying soccer in the hallway. At the gym, more underage kids were playing on the equipment and a man with a full glass of beer got on the treadmill next to me. The INDOOR pool was full of kids, and moms were drinking from glasses poolside. Manager and lifeguard had a conversation about unruly kids and rude parents. Parents shouldn’t drink while kids are swimming. That seemed...

'I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, and both the shower and the air conditioning were not working properly. To make matters worse, the guest laundry was a mess—only one machine was functioning. When we brought these issues to the staff’s attention, the receptionist was incredibly rude and dismissive. I do not recommend staying here until they improve their facilities and customer service.'
