'Started out wonderfully: front desk staff at that time were fantastic, and we were able to get in to our room quite early -- like 10am. The aesthetics of the room were beautiful (modern) and the layout was more than ample for us. Then we started to notice maintenance issues: a pocket door handle about to fall out; no vent fan in the separate toilet room; vent fan in the main shower bathroom that didn't work; peeling wallpaper behind both queen bed headboards; an AC/heat unit that sounded like...

'We really like this property. Right next to a small pond, surrounded by trees, very convenient to the freeway and to a Greenway to walk or run in the morning, across from Aldi and food options. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices, room was great and on the back of the hotel and sides it overlooks trees or a pond. We did not notice any noise from the highway. Great hotel.'

'The staff was weird from the start. I booked a two bed room and when I went to check in the staff guy tried to tell me I only booked a 1 bed room. He said they didn’t have any two bedrooms available. He was convinced that I didn’t book a two bedroom so I showed him proof on the reservation website, he was like “fine I will upgrade you for free to our two bedroom”. 'Rooms were super clean and hotel lobby as well. Location is excellent. There were many college kids there for a taekwondo competition so breakfast was packed. Otherwise, very happy there.'
