  • This spacious studio apartment ( built March 2020 )has a large living area/kitchen which is flooded with natural light and leads out to the room’s full length balcony. It has a well appointed bedroom and beautiful adjoining bathroom . There is a large wardrobe, separate toilet and hidden laundry. It is a short 5 minutes drive from Sawtell beach and 10 minutes drive from the Coffs Harbour Stadium. Situated 3 minutes from the highway, anywhere on the Coffs coast is accessible. Not accessible for wheelchairs or walkers due to stairs and pebbled walkway parking is on the street

Excellent location only minutes away from both Coffs and Sawtell. Hosts were very accommodating and friendly would thoroughly recommend this property .

We stayed four nights and would thoroughly recommend for a couple spending time in the Coffs area. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and tidy, and the location is very quiet.

Met the owner/manager - a lovely person and very helpful, as the pre-check-in communication went awry. Nice and easy to deal with, and any worries you may have about the accommodation abutting the main house, forget it, couldn’t even tell it was there!

A very pleasant stay.

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The accommodation was very comfortable in a well equipped, modern and spotlessly clean apartment with all conveniences. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful. We intend to stay again if we are travelling in the area.

Perfect short stay

I was on the Coffs Coast for work and this was the perfect place to stay. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for the half week I was there, which was a priority for me, and the whole place was clean, cosy and beautifully set up plus the location is great for getting around the Coffs Coast. Would stay again!

Handy Location

Good cosy apartment that has good light, a good bathroom, and the host leaves out appreciated extras.We keep popping back when we are visiting the area.
