Second time around

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love this house. This was our second stay-two years in a row. Perfect location!. Best screen porch ever! Great Beach view. Suggested up[grades: new toilets-those are "squatty potties" a mirror in the Master bedroom, and maybe have ALL the TVs work instead of only the one in the living room. Nonetheless- will stay there again if at all possible :) Suncoast Realty is the best....

Seabbatical can't be beat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have rented Seabbatical for several years. It is our favorite spot. We save some $$ by staying across the street from the beach. Since we are near a beach access point our view of the beach is not blocked. We do get to watch other visitors using their golf carts. The house totally suits our needs, especially the hammock on the porch. Our only complaint has been the sliding door to the porch. It has always been difficult to slide & could use an easier handle on the outside, but this last trip we had to resort to cleaning the track & even then we still struggled to open & close the door. This last visit there was the smell of dog pee in the laundry closet & the bedroom trash cans did not have bags. Also there were drink stains on the floor of the porch, which we cleaned. These were reported to the office.
