The floors and carpets were dirty, and the room did not appear to be properly maintained before our arrival. We also did not have enough toilet paper or towels in the room, which was inconvenient and frustrating. In addition, the customer service was not very helpful or welcoming when we brought up concerns. We understand hotels can get busy, but basic...

'We had a very nice stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family friendly. The rooms were spacious and well organized, which made our stay very convenient and relaxing. The staff was welcoming and helpful throughout our visit, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again in the future....

'Great place to stay with family. Great staff, location (a walk away from river, movies, dining, etc), close to downtown, main road but far enough from it. The only thing that didn't live up to it was the breakfast. Hope they upgrade breakfast!'
