Midtown offers an awesome location, close to everything, 1.7 miles from Kootenai Health (about 6mins) 33miles from Sacred Heart (about 35mins.)

Here to enjoy winter sports? Less than a hour to Sandpoint, less than 40 mins to Silver Mountain, 45mins to Lookout Mountain.

Summer fun? Hayden Lake is 12mins away, lake Coeur d Alene is a 5 min drive or a 15 min walk.
There are plenty of amazing restaurants a quick walk away, the best grocery store (Pilgrams Market) a block away, Safeway is 3 blocks away, all while being on a quiet tree-lined street.
Throughout the house there are top-of-the-line beds, including a tempurpedic mattress upstairs and a sleep number king sized bed in the master, two Sealy posturepedic hybrid mattresses. We have 3 kids and have stocked the house with games we enjoy, toys, coloring supplies and a list of our favorite things to do in CdA and the surrounding areas. There is a stocked home office and a chefs kitchen with brand new appliances (gas range.) We’ve included an an air fryer for leftovers or quick meal prep, 5 ply stainless steel and copper pans for the chef. Newer smart TV's and high speed internet connections to make working from house easy.
The backyard oasis is complete with a deck, fully fenced yard, and grill. Well trained/behaved dogs allowed. Our goal is to make the whole family feel comfortable and at home while enjoying everything CdA has to offer. The house sleeps 8-9 total.
