Welcome to Red Roof Ranch where Wyoming adventure awaits all year round. This gorgeous property sits in the middle of 15 private acres with views of the South Fork River Valley, Buffalo Bill Reservoir, and surrounding mountains. Sit outside on deck and watch the sunset over Sheep Mountain while enjoying the gas firepit. Or catch the sunrise over Cedar Mountain before a day in Yellowstone.

Inside, this custom home features a great room with log details, a grand, gourmet kitchen with all the amenities and dining space for the whole crew. The main level master bedroom offers a king bed with views of the mountains, desk work area (hopefully just to plan your excursions), and walk in closet. The attached master bathroom has a soaking tub and large tile shower. The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed and the bathroom is right across the hall with a tub/shower combo. Also on the main level is the cozy den with 2 comfortable chairs and sofa and a half bathroom. Upstairs you ll find two additional bedrooms with queen beds. The first bedroom features large windows with mountain views. The second upstairs bedroom has a desk area and small deck, the perfect spot to watch the mule deer in the yard. Bathroom 3 on the upper level has a tub/shower combo.

When you head outside there is a great deck with outdoor furniture to lounge and a gas firepit. There is a charcoal grill to cook up outdoor meals for the family. Make Red Roof Ranch your destination location when exploring all Cody, Wyoming has to offer!

Best Rental ever!
This property is breathtaking! We didn’t arrive until late in the evening and the process to open the house was very easy! Once in the house we could see that it was immaculate! Having 2 bedrooms on the main level was great as my husband and I were traveling with my elderly parents! The beautiful mountains surrounds the house leaving you with sensational views! On the property is Snipper and Rosie; 2 very friendly horses that loves people and likes to be fed apples! We did get permission from their owner, Bruce who lives in front of this property. This house has been well taken care of and is a fabulous rental for a small family or a large family! I will stay at this property again!

What a great place to enjoy Cody, WY! It was so nice being at our own sweet cabin, but just a few minutes to town! We loved our evening mule deer visitors and all the birds. The living room was cozy and we cooked out on the grill one night! Thanks for sharing your cabin!

Peaceful Getaway
This was the most relaxing stay we have had in all the years of visting the area. Nature was all around with deer, bunnies and horses! Loved waking up, walking outside, sitting on the deck, etc and seeing the mountains all around us. The house was set up perfectly for our family, it was clean and was stocked with all that we needed after traveling all day. Super nice!

Breathtaking.
I literally cried when we pulled up to the property. The pictures do not do it justice. The mountain views are stunning. The neighbors (far enough way they drive a quad down to say hello) are amazingly friendly and brought us treats to feed their horses. A beautiful 15 minute ride to downtown Cody, with so much to do! This was the absolute most gorgeous rental I've ever booked, by far.

We had a great time staying at the Red Roof Ranch near Cody, Wyoming. The property was super comfortable and was well-stocked with everything you might need. A bonus was seeing deer, rabbits, and horses right outside our door every day. Highly recommend!

Family Vacation in Cody WY
When we arrived we couldn’t have been happier. It looked just like the pictures. Plenty of room for my party of 8 and outdoor deck and view was amazing. We had some minor issues during our stay but they were taken care of immediately. Everyone was so friendly and we even had visitors. Five horses visited us during the night of our first day and stayed the whole time we were there. My family loved it and even named them. I would recommend this property and will definitely stay here again when I visit Wyoming again.

Pretty close to perfect!
The house is wonderful and the views are breathtaking. Everything was very clean and we had everything in the house that we would need and more. If I were to offer a big suggestion is to add some type of window covering in the master bedroom. There are zero window coverings in the house other than the master bath. While it’s great fun to see out, it was a little disturbing knowing that we had no option for privacy. Still, we would rent again in a heartbeat if that was different. Property management office was fantastic when we needed help with internet connection and fire pit. Thsnk you!

Better than expected.
Spectacular view in all directions with daily sightings of deer, antelope, rabbits and horses. The house is extremely clean and spacious. It's well stocked with all necessary kitchen utensils and loads of spices. Next time I won't check on any other houses because this one is the best.

Amazing location but needs window coverings
The location is amazing, secluded and overlooks some water. House was super clean and beds were comfy. Even the land caretaker stopped to say hi, great guy. Only issue was zero window coverings, zero! Maybe that is ok if you are with your spouse but showering and being in a main floor bedroom without curtains is a bit unnerving in case someone walks by. Would stay again and hang sheets....bring pins. ;)

Very comfortable house, we felt totally at home here. Would definitely come back. Great time was had by all, there were 9 of us, ranging in age from 24 years to 68 years old! The Hidden pantry is handy! Only minor complaint was the pull out couch/bed in the TV room. It is not great for sleeping, mattress is very thin, Needs an upgrade! Thank you for a wonderful experience and a trip of a lifetime.

Incredible property
House was perfect! Large, airy and clean. Views of mountains from everywhere, we saw deer, rabbits and a fox just sitting on the back porch. A short drive into Cody with plenty to do and see-whitewater rafting, museum and lots of dining options. Drive to Yellowstone National Park was scenic and took about an hour, where we saw bear, elk, and buffalo. Communication with the property manager was prompt and friendly. We will absolutely stay here again.

Excellent property . Easily the most scenic I stayed in . All queries were attended to promptly and the initial WiFi issue was resolved quickly . The refilling of the toilet tank in the master restroom was a little slow but by no jeans a show stopper . It needs to be fixed though.

Amazing Views
The home was beautiful. The downstairs was well appointed with decorations that helped to evoke a real WY feel. The upstairs bedroom weren’t as well appointed, but were clean and functional. All bathrooms were tidy and had all the needed items. The kitchen has a great design and flow to the open family room and dining table. The views from the deck are breathtaking and the stargazing by the fire pit was second to none. The only draw back was the grill, it’s charcoal and not coal is provided. So if you plan to grill stock up. Overall a wonderful home that our family truly enjoyed. The only recommendation I would make is to add some level of curtains or drapes. For those at aren’t early risers it get very bright, very fast in the bed rooms Thanks for allowing us to enjoy this lovely property.

We had the best experience here. The house was in a perfect location and was absolutely beautiful. The property care taker was excellent and gave us some great advice for places to explore in the area. The lodging company was beyond helpful and willing to go above and beyond for our needs. The fridge quit working during our stay and they came and brought us theirs that same night. We had a wonderful experience overall.
