Charming Victorian-Style Guest House

This large 3700 sg. ft. Victorian-style home is in a quiet neighborhood only 1 mile from Downtown Cody. The home has a total of 4 charming bedrooms with 8 beds total which can sleep up to 10 people total (our local rules allow only 10), 3.5 bathrooms, living room, dining room, large kitchen with a ranch-style oven, dishwasher, and fridge. Wifi, Big screen TV with access to Netflix. Keurig coffee machine & also traditional coffee pot; washer and dryer are all available for guest use on the Guest Counter with purified water, organic cereal & fruit, tea and fridge with organic eggs and Greek yogurts!

There is a spacious front yard with a porch swing, beautiful flowers and a back patio perfect for enjoying the Cody skies. Free street parking is available for guests.

The guests call this home “The Haven”. Come & Enjoy! *Please note - When the Guest House is not occupied, I have a sweet King Charles Cavalier 10-year old dog who lives in my office in the house. Charming place with generous owner

Patti is extremely wellcoming, her home, so well equiped, is generously offered to you, so you feel at home away from home ! Fruits and drinks, milk etc in the fridge, all the bedrooms have empty closets so you can put your things comfortably. Available at any time to help if needed, respecting your privacy, allways smiling et cheerful. She is really a special person. It is like her guests are her best friends. Our best stay away from home ever ! I loved the porch and also the possibility of having your meal outside behind the house in the little garden when you can see a couple of elk crossing by as you are having your breakfast. Cody is a wonderful place to visit. Being at Patti's makes it a dream.

The property owner was very accommodating to us. Not all of our group arrived at the same time and she was welcoming to the first and the last arrivals. Not really big on having cameras in the property. I get the need but… I like control over my privacy. Nice rooms comfortable beds and is filed with treasures galore!! We enjoyed our stay!

We very much enjoyed our stay, the host was very attentive and went above and beyond our needs. The house was very clean and the new beds were comfortable. The house is large and can accommodate 11 people easily. The patio and porch were very comfortable to hang out and visit with family. Overall the house is a very cheerful experience.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is in an excellent location. Close to the center of town but in a very quite neighborhood. We walked into town for dinner a couple of times. The house has 4 bedrooms, two with en-suite bathrooms. The other two share another large bathroom. This was the main reason we chose this place. There were 3 couples in our group and we prefer separate bathrooms. We really enjoyed sitting on the large front porch talking and watching the deer which made several visits. We also used the backyard patio and gas grill. The owner is very friendly and responded quickly to our questions. We will stay here again if we return to Cody.

Lovely older home

This is a lovely older home that has been updated (the new bedding is wonderful!!). The bathrooms and kitchen are stocked with everything you need -including coffee and breakfast food-( although we were not there long enough to cook). The back patio was a cool, peaceful place for morning coffee or breakfast. Patti is a charming and gracious hostess. She met us at the home to give us a tour at check-in and texted us a list of things to do and see in the Cody area beforehand-I only wish our stay could have been longer!
