'Upon arrival our check-in was quick and easy. The desk clerk was very pleasant. Our room was clean and spacious. We had some difficulty adjusting the room temperature and the last two nights of our stay was very warm. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had a good variety of foods. The cleaning staff was very helpful when we requested additional amenities like coffee and Kleenex. All in all it was a pleasant experience.'

'Our room was outdated, quilt on bed was a movers blanket, shower was a small square space which came with two thin bath towels. Furniture was very old, peeling or chipped. Looked nothing at all like photos.'

'We checked in late (11 PM) after driving back from the Canyon, and check-in took a while, which wasn’t an issue per se. However, when we got to the room, we had it hadn’t been completely cleaned. The sofa was still pulled out and it had dirty sheets on it. The furniture was moved around and there were dirty dishes and empty shampoo bottles on the counter. We went back to the front desk and they gave us another room which was nice, but the keys didn’t work. After going back they still didn’t work...
