ABOUT THIS SPACE

Step inside a fully remodeled, 2,700 square foot home that nods to the 1960s Space Race era, with four bedrooms and three baths. It sleeps 8 comfortably across five beds: one king, two queens and two singles.



Downstairs, the main floor is bright and open. The eat-in kitchen is set up for real cooking: dishwasher, stove and oven, blender, toaster, hot water kettle, coffee maker, wine glasses, cooking basics and a coffee supply. There are two dining areas, so the whole group can sit down together, and the living room opens through huge sliding doors to the patio and pool. The living room closet holds board games, puzzles and extra beach gear.



The Sunset Suite is your primary bedroom on the first floor: a king bed with panoramic canal views, an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub, and a private door out to the pool area. A downstairs hall bathroom has a zero-entry shower and is built for accessibility.



Upstairs you will find more bedrooms. The Ron Jon Room has surf decor and a queen bed. The Moon Room has a NASA space theme with two twin beds and an additional twin trundle. The Beach Room has a queen bed and its own balcony with a view of the dock and canal, a lovely spot for morning coffee. A second living space with a smart TV, sofa and bean bag seating gives the kids their own hangout.



Out back, the covered porch has a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining table and comfortable seating overlooking the water. Rinse off at the outdoor shower by the kitchen door before you head in. Inside you will also find a washer and dryer, air conditioning, Wifi and a dedicated workspace.



LOCATION & WHAT'S NEARBY

Sunset Oasis sits in the Cocoa Isles neighborhood, in the heart of Cocoa Beach. The beach, restaurants, shops and entertainment are a short walk away, and shared beach access is part of the stay.



Popular spots around Cocoa Beach include the Cocoa Beach Pier, Ron Jon Surf Shop, Lori Wilson Park. A short drive takes you to Port Canaveral and Cocoa Village, and Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex and Canaveral National Seashore are popular Space Coast day trips. Rocket launches can be a highlight when one is scheduled, so check launch schedules and drive times when you plan your stay.



Right at home, the canal is an attraction of its own: guests regularly see manatees and dolphins from the dock, and some fish from it.



WHO THIS HOME IS BEST FOR

Families with kids: this is a family friendly home, with a pack 'n play, high chair, children's dinnerware, books and toys, and board games. The pool, kayaks and dock keep everyone busy.



Multi-generational groups and guests who need step-free access: the first floor and the heated saltwater pool are ADA accessible, and the pool has an accessible ramp and sun shelf. The hall bathroom has a zero-entry shower.



Groups of friends and extended families who want to stay together: sleeps 8 across four bedrooms, with two dining areas and plenty of outdoor seating.



Space Coast fans: the mid-century modern design and the Moon Room tip a hat to the Space Race era.

GUEST ACCESS

You will have private and exclusive access to the entire home and its amenities. That includes the heated saltwater pool, the private waterfront dock on the canal, two tandem kayaks for exploring the waterways, and all the beach gear for your days at the beach, including life vests and paddles. Check-in is self check-in with a smart lock, any time after 4:00 PM.



Important information: for your security, an exterior camera is located at the front door and another overlooks the driveway. The home also has a decibel monitoring sensor inside and outside. It only measures noise levels, and it does not record any sounds or conversations.



PARKING

Free parking is available on the premises, right at the home, so there is no need to hunt for a street space or pay for a lot. The driveway is covered by one of the exterior security cameras mentioned above. Because the beach, restaurants and shops are a short walk away, you can park once and leave the car. If you have questions about vehicles or space for your group, message us before you arrive.



HOUSE RULES

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and checkout is before 10:00 AM. The home sleeps a maximum of 8 guests.

Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are on site.

The decibel monitor inside and outside only measures noise levels, so please keep voices and music considerate of the neighbors, especially late in the evening.

The kayaks, dock, pool and canal are for guest use at your own risk. As a friendly reminder, please supervise children around the pool and the water, and wear the life vests provided when you are out in the kayaks.
