I had to refuse 2 rooms before I got one that was suitable.... Air conditioner didn't work in one, the second was next to a woman with loud uncontrolled small dogs....none had clean floors under the bed...!!

I don’t think they cleaned under the bed in a very long time! Tried to get towels, they said they can’t until 8 am went at 8:15 they made me wait until 9 something, so bring your own towels. The pool was nice and I know you get what you pay for, so the location is excellent. The property condition not so much. The amount of editing done to the photos is crazy. Room smelled terrible. They came and sprayed air freshener, that’s about all they did. Staff were fairly friendly. Our smoke detectors were ripped out of the ceiling so luckily nothing happened.

Maybe the nicest thing about this motel is its big, cool, clean, and deep swimming pool. The property is a little decrepit, but not too bad. Only a three minute walk from the beach, and they have a rinse-off shower back at the motel. Rooms are basic: smallish TV, no fridge, you even have to ask for an ice bucket, but the rooms were clean, and the bath facilities were fine. no regrets. I’d come back next time I visit Cocoa Beach.

didn't like the roach we were sharing the room with , didn't like the paper cup that leaked when you put water in them , didn't like the fact we couldn't leave cause the door key wouldn't work, desk clerk came and verified it wasn't our stupidity and then told us if we needed to leave just let her know so she could lock the room , no thanks

Property is run down. There are crackheads living there in multiple rooms. No pool towels for the 3 days i was there. The Office is closed at 11pm so you better not take a late flight in. Do yourself a favor and pay more to stay elsewhere. Office staff was polite and helpful.

They were closed when we arrived at 11:30 pm the day of our check in. Last employee left and said there was nothing he could do. They’re short staffed, the office is locked and we couldn’t be helped. We had to figure out a different hotel for the next hour and a half since we took an Uber an hour from the airport to get to the hotel, so we walked 8 blocks with large luggage bags to a different hotel.

We got back to our rooms after a late dinner and found issues in our rooms. A room had a damaged light fixture at the bed, a pillow case was stained. In the other room we had a large insect we thought was cockroach. We called the staff and were informed they were busy but would arrive ASAP. About roughly five minutes they showed up and killed the insect and told us it was a waterbug that entered from the outside. We asked for a refund and said we were leaving. They said they cannot do a refund. Am bringing this up to head office.

What’s to like? Cheap, walkable to beach, deluxe room comes with microwave and fridge. AC worked, doors locked (make sure the latch catches before walking off). Staff very nice but obviously a little overwhelmed, probably need a few more helping hands. Pool looked well maintained and clean, didn’t have a chance to test it out. What’s not to like? Dirty old walkways and chipped paint. Rusting metal railings and stairs. Mattresses and pillows remind me of the ones we slept on at Bagram in transient housing waiting to catch a rotator flight downrange to Kandahar or Helmand. They weren’t nice either. Long term tenants smoking in their doorways, appearing to be strung out or hung over or both. My wife didn’t feel safe walking back from her parents’ room in the separate building (they don’t connect, and there are limited stairways). Checked room for bedbugs - thankfully no evidence found. Did see one flea, but that could have come in from outside on our clothes. Water pressure was very high, and hot was scalding - if you have children old enough to turn on the sink themselves, be warned. Oh and last thing - had to wait til 6 to check in because our room wasn’t cleaned yet. We have an 8 month old infant with us, and thankfully father-in-law’s room was available. Not an emergency, but very inconvenient and points either to poor management or short staffing or both.

Stayed one night as family of 4 with teens before a cruise. Proximity to the port, beach, shopping, and food is great. The room was not clean, no hot water for showering or face washing. Door wouldn’t close unless pulled shut coming and going. It was okay for one night, but I’d never stay again.

Our group had 5 rooms. They all varied in terms of cleanliness and disrepair. However, nothing was so bad that we couldn’t stay. We were there for one night to sleep and for the price and location, it can’t be beat. None of us wanted to spend a lot on a hotel, and this place was cheap. The staff was very friendly and accommodated us quickly. The pool are was very pleasant and clean.

Our room was right next to a room that had large dogs so they barked all day and some of the night. The staff super friendly and nice but outside cans were over flowing and had not been cleaned out while we were there. Plus was they were really close to the beach

L’extérieur ou est le jardin et piscine très bien entretenu mais les chambres doivent être rénovées. Nous sommes non fumeur et nous eux une chambre fumeur donc la senteur était désagréable. Le plancher était très salle donc je l’ai lavé un peu car nos pieds étaient toujours noir. Le bain avait plusieurs couches de peintures écaillées. Je sais que c’est un motel à petit budget mais la propreté devrait pas être négligé.

We were in room 265. It was humid in the room with obvious water damage in the bathroom. You could see mold/mildew growing on the walls. The front desk lady was super rude from the very beginning.
