Location, Location, Location!!! Closer to the beach than many oceanfront hotels - Less than 200 feet to the boardwalk! This efficiency apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental property offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments at a resort-style complex with LESS THAN A ONE MINUTE WALK to the beach! Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier;Turn Left- rockets and cruise ships! We have over 2,000+ 5 STAR Reviews at this location! Beach gear provided!

Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us through the App on your phone or via e-mail. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings.

A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach.

An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit.

This efficiency at AVA Cocoa Beach is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, and bed are all in one picture), but you can't beat the location!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space.

This efficiency will give you the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents.

We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality Beauty Rest mattress is in this unit.

There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower.

We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax.

We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining!

A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

Great unit!

Perfect little efficiency for 2. We stayed for a short weekend and it was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean and updated. Everything you need for a beach stay is provided for you and it’s a short walk to the sand. Check in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again.

Weekend get away

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. The property was the prefect size for our need. The access to beach chairs, umbrella, chart and cooler were easy to find, for a day at the beach. Access to the beach close, across the street to the pier and was right on the beach. Beach not busy, could see the down the beach was busier, but for us the location was perfect. Enjoyed watching the sunrise each of the mornings that we stayed at the property.

Reunion

We came for my husbands HS reunion and decided to stay on the beach. He grew up in the area and we visit often to see friends and family. Since it was a short stay we decided to try somewhere other than the usual condo we rent. We felt like we found a hidden gem. The place was exactly as described, the property was beautiful, and everything you could possibly need was right at your fingertips. We will definitely be staying here again!

A Great Place to Stay

We were in Orlando on business and wanted to go out to the beach for a few days. This place is perfect because it was very comfortable and quiet as well as being easily accessible from Orlando. The room had everything we needed and was nicely decorated. The beach supplies - umbrella, chairs, wagon and cooler - were such a nice perk. We did not have to deal with elevators and parking garages, the outdooor space here is excellent. There are gas grills and a laundry!! The beach was not crowded and dining options were plentiful. For me, this was my best visit to the beach ever.

We absolutely loved this place! It was quiet, the rooms were beautiful, they were small, but it was perfect for just the two of us! We recommend this to everybody. They were also laundry services available, and that included detergent. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you.

This is the cutest, cleanest place I’ve stayed in. The beach access is perfect. It’s small but has everything and more for two people. The manager reached out but we never needed a thing. We absolutely loved our stay.

A great little spot

Loved how close it was to the beach and they had everything you needed--chairs, coolers, etc. Cute little place and well thought out. It would have been nice if the small lights next to the bed worked--wasn't able to get them to turn on. The lamp on the counter needed a new light bulb as well. All in all, it was a great place in a great quiet neighborhood but still close enough to be able to grab a few groceries or get a bite to eat. We would definitely stay here again!

Cute place right by the beach!

Great little place to stay for the solo traveler or couples! Amenities galore with free beach chairs and free laundry. Rooms are very small, but updated with everything you need. They even provide beach towels with a beach bag. Directly across the street from the beach with easy access. Quiet and serene outdoor seating. Bed was comfortable. Thanks for the hospitality!

We drove from the airport left the car parked in our designated spot and walked everywhere. We saw cruise ships depart, visited the pier and shopped at Ron Jon. Very quiet area, steps to the beach. All the beach gear you need is available to borrow. Kitchen well stocked. Very clean and updated.
