  • Dit appartement bevindt zich op de tweede verdieping van een appartementengebouw bestaande uit 3 appartementen. Het is volledig gerenoveerd in 2015 en is onlangs ingericht en gedecoreerd in een frisse strandlook. Het is de perfecte plek voor koppels en kleine gezinnen en is uitgerust voor maximaal 4 personen.

    Ontspan met een geweldig uitzicht vanaf het open balkon over de bananenrivier. Bekijk de zonsondergangen of dolfijnen en zeekoeien. Verken de Banana-rivier vanuit onze weelderige tuin met onze 2 kajaks of onze stand-up-paddle of ga vissen.

    Het is slechts 2 minuten lopen aan de overkant van de Atlantische Oceaan met zijn uitgestrekte stranden die u uitnodigen om te gaan wandelen of surfen. U deelt het strand meestal met slechts enkele mensen. Voor meer amusement zijn er bars en restaurants in de buurt - vele met directe strand- of rivierzitplaatsen.

    U bevindt zich op een perfecte locatie voor vele leuke activiteiten. Orlando ligt op slechts 45 minuten rijden met de wereldberoemde themaparken en winkelcentra. Aan de horizon zie je het wereldberoemde Kennedy-Space-Center dat erg interessant is om te verkennen.

    Aangezien Cape Canaveral met zijn enorme cruiseschiphaven slechts 20 minuten rijden is, bent u onze gast voor of na uw cruise.

Spring Break family vacation

Great location, lots of wildlife to see in the banana river and the ocean is a short walk across the road. Nice, clean pool and comfortable room/bed.

Very nice and beautifully furnished apartment

We had a great time, saw dolphins everyday in the banana river. Beach is a 3 minute walk away. Pool and garden are also very relaxing. Apartment is fully equipped.

Rare Location: Beach and River

We enjoyed both the gorgeous, clean, Cocoa Beach, and the river teeming with wildlife. There is so much to do right at the unit: kayaking, pool, short walk to the beach, SUP's, watching the sunset, grilling, and good food within walking distance. We took a little paddle trip north on the river up to the aquatic preserve (mangroves and more wildlife)...took us about 1 1/2 hours round trip.

Perfect all around.

Great location. Spacious for family of 4. Clean. Just as listed/expected. Bonus: pool, kayaks, standing paddle boards, walking distance to beach, & wildlife sightings (dolphin, fish, horseshoe crabs, etc.). Highly recommend. Will return in the future.

Overall, pretty nice place. Larger than most I've stayed in. Convenient off the main road. Stocked with most everything. Pool was nice, didn't use it was too chilly out. Too windy to sit out or use yard or kayaks. Not sure about getting in water right there, but some may be ok with it. It was updated nicely, which I find a plus.

Can’t ask for a better location!

I stayed in the property for 2 nights prior to my cruise from Port Canaveral. The location is fantastic! Beautiful river in the back-with dolphin sightings almost daily- and right across the street from beach access. I ordered pizza the first night, as I got in late, and delivery was easy to this apartment. Great variety of restaurants in the downtown Cocoa Beach area that’s not far away. There were a couple cleaning snags(hair in bathroom and large crumbs on kitchen floor) but nothing that made me feel like the apartment hadn’t been cleaned-just a couple missed spots. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great July 4th!

The property was perfect for beach time as well as solitude along the Banana River. We enjoyed sitting along the banks and watching the fireworks! Everything was nice and clean and well decorated. We definitely enjoyed eating and Squid Lips just up the road. I would definitely recommend booking this property!

What a gem!

We had the best time staying here! We saw so many amazing things at this property, stingrays, dolphins, bioluminescent water, beautiful sunsets, the list goes on and on! We went to Orlando for two days of our stay and it’s not a bad drive. We will definitely stay again.

Loved our stay!

We had so much fun hanging outside with all the toys and the pool. Tons of dolphins and a few manatees. Even bioluminescense! Will return!

Nice view

Was really nice, booked both sides, so had daughter and son-in-law and grandson on one side. My wife and me and our 13 year old daughter on our side. The view was amazing, sunset, manatees, dolphins, crabs, horseshoe crabs, etc. Ocean, just across the street, easy walk and very private.

Truly a Gem!

We had the best time at dolphin Bay! The property is exactly as the description and pictures in the listing. One of the things I loved about this unit is that they utilize every part of the space effectively! It’s only a 1 BR but we had NO issues with space and storage. We loved being on the water and the beach is literally across the street. We saw dolphins in the bay every day we were there. We liked going out and exploring Cocoa Beach, but we enjoyed hanging out at the condo just as much, if not more. I am definitely planning to stay again in the future. You can’t beat the value you get from this property! Until next time Dolphin Bay!

Great value and location!

This was a great property to stay in the Cocoa Beach area, and only a short walk across the road to the beach access. The property had a shared pool that was nice as well. We enjoyed the fantastic view of the Banana river and access to kayaks to use included in the stay. THe unit was clean, but you can hear your neighbors somewhat through the walls, which was mentioned in other reviews as well. Ended up not being a major issue though and we really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend the 4st Street Fillin Station for dinner and drinks too!

Great location!

This location is difficult to beat. The shared pool and proximity to the beach are wonderful. Our apartment was comfortable and met our needs. There were definitely more deferred maintenance items than we anticipated and things were just generally well worn. Again the location is great!
