Beach House with Ocean View, New Heated Pool, and Rooftop Deck!

This 3 bed/2 bath roomy beach home built in the 1940s offers original hardwood floors, riverstone fireplace, big living spaces, a big kitchen, spacious backyard screened-in porch with wrap-around bench complete with throw pillows, an in-ground pool, a patio, lounge chairs, and a rooftop sundeck that offers spectacular 360 degree views of the ocean, river, sunrise and sunset.

Our private beach house is set back from A1A, directly across the street from the ocean. Secure behind a private electric gate, our home boasts a brand-new in-ground pool with an in-pool umbrella for you to enjoy cooling off in the shade. Take a snack/drink break at our pool-side patio table, relax while your family enjoys themselves in the yard and pool, then dry off on the comfy lounge chairs. Returning from a long day at the beach? Rinse off in our heated outside shower, and enjoy a nightcap poolside with our tropical-color pool light and soft patio string lights.

Want to check out the surf before heading over to the beach? Take the stairs to the rooftop deck for your morning surf check, and have breakfast while you're at it on our bar table and high top chairs.

The master bedroom is located at the front of the house with its own en-suite bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are in a separate hallway, divided from the master by the living room, with access to a bigger guest bathroom with walk-in shower.

Beach accessories (chairs, towels, sand toys, beach cart, umbrella) are available for use, as well as a skimboard, a soft-top surfboard, and some other pool toys. Two adult bicycles with helmets are available for use. A pack-and-play and high chair are also available.
