'This was a fantastic condo. It has 4 units and shared laundry. We had the front unit looking at the owners house. Not really sure how they plan on parking for 4 cars as they are rebuilding the property fences. More than likely, golf carts only in the future. Anyway....EVERYTHING WAS FANTASTIC! And you have resort access for 2 other places as well. This was one of the few places on the boardwalk we could park a car because we were passing though going south. These folks get 6 of 5...

'The property is in the heart of Placencia Village. Just a short walk to anything you need; food, drinks, grocery store. We enjoyed all the amenities and the use of the laundry facilities. We'd stay here again.'

'The property had a great location and was very clean. Our only concern was it’s listing has inaccuracies. Listing says it’s ocean view, AC, and pictures show a deck with Adirondack chairs. There isn’t an ocean view from room, AC is only in bedroom, and pictures showing deck with Adirondack chairs are from a different unit in complex. This unit doesn’t have a deck that you can put a chair on. Half the pictures for this listing are from a different unit in the 4 unit complex. Nice place, just...
