'Had a fantastic stay for a couple nights. Nothing was to much trouble and the rooms were so clean and tidy with some lovely little touches. When we arrived a little early it was no trouble at all and was made so welcome. Would definitely recommend staying as we would stay again. '

'Wow what a setting. I know it’s only been open for 6 weeks but it is an amazing hotel. Sea view room and the whole room was amazing, huge bed which was so comfortable. 'I found the hotel perfect for a short stay in Torquay. Only a 10 minute walk to the seafront and free parking just outside the entrance. I had a lovely cooked breakfast every morning with some extra treats. Really friendly place and I'm going back there in the summer. I'm using the hotel as a base to meet my friends who return to Torquay twice a year.'

'The room was spotless and the bed was so comfy! The staff were brilliant… our door locks battery failed so we were locked out but the cleaner tried to help and called maintenance and he was there within 5 mins. Excellent service from everyone! '

'There is an enormous lack of maintenance for the building, estate, garden. Outside swimming pool. Only some rooms have been renovated. The floors in the hotel are uneven everywhere, so that the beds are standing skewly on the floor which causes a very bad and unhealthy nightrest. This hotelis not worththe money we paid: nearly 200 eur per night for 2 adults and 1 child. The personnel is very kind, always ready to help and doing everything they can to make customers satisfied. 'The first room we were given was not up to 3 star standard. We contacted reception the next morning and they were very considerate and we were offered an alternative room that was more acceptable. The location, food and the staff were excellent. We hope to return.'
