'Food was cooked to order and every meal was so good. There was plenty of choice and there was no problem when I asked for salad instead of chips. The plates were full of good tasty food.
The bed was so comfortable that we slept through the nights.'

'Brilliant uppergrade to an apartment. Very attentive, courteous and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble, even when the whole village suffered a blackout due to an electrical fault. The weather was even gracious to us, and views were spectacular '

'Everything was wonderful with my stay, my only concern being that communication with the head office for Cottages.com was terrible. However, the team in the local office in Keswick were absolutely brilliant and couldn't do enough to help me.'
