Outside features include a beautiful teak inspired kitchen with BBQ, sink, dishwasher, dining area, private pool/outdoor shower, a palm inspired fenced yard with 2 large pergolas. Upstairs bedrooms-sleeps 6-include comfy beds, linens, towels, A/C, black out curtains. The mountain views primary suite includes a Smart TV, a walk through closet accessing the ensuite bath. Laundry is onsite for guest's convenience and the gardening team attends daily to tend to the pool and yard. Los Delfines gated community in Tambor, Puntarenas with 24/7 on-site security offers lush gardens and is home to gorgeous Macaws. You may also see howler monkeys and deer. Only owners/guess have access to our private Pacific ocean beach where boats will pick you up as your head out touring Tortuga Island or Playe Muertos. Walk/drive to the Fire Bean cafe beach trailer or to the wonderful beach bar/restaurant "Rancho" for food/beverages or karaoke. Guests can access the golf course for a fee, the tennis & pickle ball courts (annual fee paid by owner), free beach volleyball, onsite exercise classes when offered. There is a community mini-store and a wonderful variety of food/jewellery/paintings offered by local vendors at our Sunday market. Many Tambor local restaurants are within a short driving distance and are on the way to Cobano. In Cobano, you can access grocery stores, shopping, clinic, pharmacy, restaurants-all about 25 minute away. Cobano connects you to other beach destinations such as Mal Pais and, Santa Teresa-where golden sunsets glow exquisitely.
