Jungel Villa Verde y Azul with saltwater pool and ocean view

Villa Verde y Azul is located in Santa Teresa North, on our private property, about 200 meters up the hill on a dead end road. The setting is very private and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle of the village and the main road. Still, the beach, nearby restaurants, and the supermarket Super La Hacienda are only a 5–10 minute walk away.

Villa Verde y Azul was built with great attention to detail and in close connection with nature. Costa Rica’s beautiful climate allows you to enjoy an outdoor lifestyle year-round. On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen and an open living area with a sofa and a hanging bed. Cooking outdoors in the fully equipped kitchen is a true highlight.

The ground-floor bedroom features two queen-size beds, accommodating up to four guests, and is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. It also has a private bathroom with a shower. The ocean breeze keeps the house pleasantly cool, and the saltwater pool is perfect for a refreshing dip.

On the first floor, you’ll sleep in a king-size bed under a mosquito net. This space is also open-plan, allowing you to wake up to stunning views of the rainforest and the ocean. There is also a covered terrace, ideal for meditation, yoga, or simply reading a book while enjoying the breathtaking scenery.

Right next to the main house is a separate guest house with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and space for two guests. The bathroom is open-air, bringing you as close to nature as possible.

The house is cleaned daily by our team (except Sundays and Costa Rican national holidays). Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchen and dishes. Coffee and sugar are provided for your first cups of coffee. For hygiene reasons, we do not provide basic cooking supplies such as salt, pepper, or oil.

Shower and hair shampoo, as well as towels, are provided. Towels are changed every 2–3 days.
The villa offers a 100 Mbps fiber-optic internet connection, making it suitable for remote work.

On our property, you’ll also find a beautiful yoga shala, perfect for yoga, meditation, or fitness sessions.

Our property manager lives at the entrance of the property together with our dog. He will welcome you upon arrival and assist with check-in. He is available for any questions on-site or via WhatsApp and is happy to organize yoga classes or massages in the shala, as well as surf lessons, ATV rentals, and much more.
