« Beautiful property, lovely room, and close to everything! »

« Fabulous hotel with wonderful William Morris wallpaper and tasteful decor. Our room– room 2, was enormous, with a gigantic, very comfy bed, a wonderful view across the valley, including the railway, and a large victorian style bathroom with a standalone bath with shower over. An excellent breakfast was included in the very reasonable price and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend and stay again. »

« Choisi pour la piscine et le jacuzzi, en fait c'était juste des jets dans un côté de la piscine donc même température à savoir très froide ! Sauna tout juste chaud. La vue sur la mer de la chambre à partir d'une petite fenêtre entre deux murs et non d'un " bow window" plus panoramique était le minimum...au moins le petit déjeuner , avec prise de commande donc varié, était très bon. »

« What a lovely Inn, it was excellent service throughout and the friendly staff made it a very enjoyable stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with excellent ablutions. The food was delicious. especially at breakfast and evening dining. It has a lovely beer garden and grape vines hanging in the conservatory. Easy driving distance from Convy. Highly recommended for people wanting to centralise their stay in North Wales. We will definitely hope to stay at the Groes Inn again. »

« We stayed at the property for 3 days and loved it. Mike and Carrie who own this property are a fabulous host and they made sure our stay is fully comfortable. My boys loved it when they chocolates on the day we were climbing the Snowdon mountain. The property is situated at a very good location not far from Betws-y-coed and the great part is Mike and Carrie have so well maintained the original character of this manor. We 100% recommend staying at this place. »

« Everything was good, staff were fabulous, hotel was clean, only thing for me was that we were at the front and had the window open because it was very warm and the noise of traffic was terrible. Very very noisy road and fast speeding cars etc all night. Im a good sleeper but was awoke quite a few times by noisy traffic. I was hoping for the noise from owls or foxes haha . If i was to stay again i would ask for a room at the back ? »
