Evelyn's End is a classic Tierra Del Mar beach home just a short walk to a long, lovely stretch of beach. This home is perfect for 2 families with spacious rooms at each end of the home. There is thoughtful décor throughout this historic home. The back patio is spacious with lots of room to BBQ and enjoy the neighborhood bunnies and deer that visit daily.

Layout:

2 level home. First level entry has living room, dining area, kitchen and back patio. Master bedroom with queen bed and full bath with tub. Bedroom with with 2 double beds. Upstairs bedroom has double bed, and play area with table & chairs.

Neighborhood:
The village of Tierra Del Mar is a small community of traditional beach homes 3 miles north of Pacific City along the Three Capes Scenic Route. There are several quiet lanes lined with both historic cabins and larger beach homes that all lead to direct beach access. All homes in Tierra Del Mar are a quick, easy walk to the beach. The beach here is quiet and long—beachcombers can walk for hours down this lengthy stretch that is relatively undiscovered. It is a good spot for beachcombers who often find agates and Japanese glass floats. Sandlake Dunes recreation area is 4 miles to the north.

This home is pet friendly for one or two dogs. Please let us know if you will be bringing a pet so that we can add the non-refundable pet fee of $10/night . Only well-behaved dogs are allowed. Pets are not allowed on the furniture, or left in the house unattended.

Occupancy rules are strictly enforced and apply to the entire property during the stay. Additional day-use guests may be allowed with management pre-approval. After your booking is confirmed, you will be sent the full rental contract and terms.

The safety of our staff, guests and local community is our top priority. This home is professionally managed and cleaned to strict standards in line with CDC guidelines, including supervised housekeeping and post-clean sanitation.

Cancellation policy: 1/2 the total cost of the booking is subject to forfeiture if reservation is canceled or changed within 30 days of arrival. 100% of rental rate is charged if cancelled (or no-show) within 7 days of arrival. If the house is fully rebooked by another renter, cancellation charges (less $35) will be refunded. Reservation cancellation fee is $35. (If you book with a 3rd party, different charges may apply).
