The house has to be one of the nicest and cleanest house we have ever stayed in we were greeted with fresh scones and flowers everything you can think of was included in the stay only thing I regret is we didn't stay longer

Lovely Clonmany Stay

We stayed in the Old Parochial HouseGorgeous property, clean and fresh.Beautiful garden and everything there for us to enjoy our stay.Colin and Hugh were very kind and welcoming.We visit Clonmany often to see family, and this will be our go-to house!

The whole house was in excellent condition every room was spotless the kitchen was fully equipped including a welcoming pack in the fridge. There were games and toys in a number of cupboards which catered for young and old On arriving Hugh was there to greet us and show us round the house informing us of how things worked ie heating

Comfortable fully updated house.

Very clean overall, with very nice bathrooms attached to each bedroom and a very modern kitchen. It was a great base for our activities around Donegal and beyond. There is a nice pub or two and a very good coffee shop with excellent food, coffee and service a short walk into Clonmany. Wish we had discovered it earlier in our stay

Donegal visit 2023

We had a wonderful stay. The house was as lovely as it looks. Kitchen was well equipped and showers were best! Location was great, walking distance to the village and short drive to Buncrana. My family and I had a fantastic stay. Thanks to Colin and Hugh for everything!

Beautiful house, very high level of finish, very clean, great sized rooms. All the utensils you need and good oitdoor space. All rooms ensuite, high quality beds, bedding and nice towels supplied.. Easy flat 10-minute walk into Clonmany village, 5 minutes to local large convenience store (Centra). Easy drive to Ballyliffin Golf Club and 10 minute drive to local beaches. Local taxi facility available.

Our party of 7 stayed here for a family wedding. The house is absolutely gorgeous, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The owner and agent were very helpful and friendly with any questions. Fantastic!

We had such a great stay in this beautiful property. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. The house is finished to a very high spec and in a great location. Tullagh Strand beach is 5mins drive and is absolutely gorgeous! Walking distance to a supermarket, cafe, pub, Chinese takeaway and chippy!

Fabulous house, great location..superb!

We spent a long weekend here with our adult children and it was the most beautiful holiday home we have ever stayed in. It has been superbly renovated, is absolutely immaculate and has every appliance you need.The location is perfect for a great shop and a few pubs within walking distance and just a short drive to Ballyliffin and other local beauty spots. Communication with Colin was excellent and our welcome from Hugh couldn’t have been warmer. Treat yourself to a stay in this gorgeous house and you won’t be disappointed.Thank you

What a stunning home. The renovation is simply amazing. The fact the property had a downstairs bedroom was amazing. All bedrooms had an en-suite toilet. The Kitchen was beautiful too. Would recommend the Ballyliffin Hotel for food. 10/10..

Beautiful house!

We stayed a couple of nights at the Parochial House over new year. Beautiful house, really well equipped with immaculate furnishings and spotlessly clean. Easy driving distance of many beautiful beaches including Tullagh Bay and Malin Head. Our contact Hugh was very attentive and super helpful if we had any questions. Highly recommend.

We arrived and found the instructions to access the home were spot on. Upon entering we were completely satisfied with everything and the house was clean, well organized and very nice. The bedrooms were fantastic and having a bathroom in each bedroom was a great feature - beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was great to cook in Our contact at site Hugh stopped by to check on us after a couple of days and he was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed Highly recommend this house when in the area- it’s fresh and new

Irish Hospitality at it's Finest

Our Host Hugh greeted us at the property showed us everything in the home. Fresh scones, fruit and a bottle of wine on the table. True hospitality, recommended restaurants and fabulous local pubs with live music. Sleeping accommodations unparalleled, best of our trip! Suitable for Families with children or just adults like us!!! Each evening we enjoyed Happy Hour in the beautiful courtyard! Be sure to visit the Famine Village while in the area!! Absolutely would return to this home!!!

Clonmany

The Old Parochial House in Clonmany lived up to our expectations. We (my husband and I, our children and grandchildren) spent a wonderful 6 weeks there celebrating my 80th birthday. The house has been lovingly restored with every modern convenience in place. Hugh met us when we arrived and showed us around, and was available at any time. Hugh’s wife Brenda was my saviour for household chores. I can’t say enough good things about the house and the help we received from Hugh and Brenda. Anyone’s wishing to rent this gorgeous house will have no regrets. We have such wonderful memories.

Great house in a superb location with an excellent host who replied instantly to my comms. Beautiful part of Donegal with lots to see and do close by. This really is one of the best holiday rental properties I have stayed in. It was our second visit to the Old Parochial House. Would definitely recommend.
