The Bass Cabin offers 3 bedrooms and a private bathroom with shower that is accessible through the 3rd bedroom. The cabin will sleep 7 people comfortably. The living area has a sofa, dinette table for 6, and a full size kitchen stocked with basic kitchen supplies. Amenities Included: bed linens, bath towels, coffee maker + filters, refrigerator, toaster, toilet paper, outdoor charcoal grills, picnic tables. *firewood for purchase Some Items to Bring: beach towels, charcoal & lighter for the grills, paper products (plates, cups, utensils, paper towels, etc.), toiletries, trash bags, flash lights, camping chairs, cooler, ice, etc.
- Credit cards accepted, Children welcome, Pets allowed and Smoking not allowed.


- All cabins, cottages, and rooms are non-smoking, which includes cigarettes and vapes.
If you choose to smoke outdoors, please dispose of your waste properly.

- 3 night minimum stay at the Cabins
- Age Requirement is 21 years to rent.

Our recommendations on Items to Bring:
- Bath towels, beach towels
- Charcoal & Lighter for the - grills
- Paper products (plates, cups, utensils, etc.)
- Toiletries
- Trash bags
- Flash lights, camping chairs, cooler, ice, etc.

- While day visitors are welcome, we will only allow a limited number per day and all visitors must be approved prior to arrival.
- If you have more people staying in your cabin then what the base rate includes, there will be an additional charge.
- For safety purposes we ask that everyone honor the speed limit of 7mph. There will be NO exceptions.

- NOT ALLOWED : Fireworks, firearms, illegal drugs, and the consumption of alcohol in the common areas.
- No ATV’s or golf carts.

- The only outdoor firewood allowed on the resort must have Minnesota Certified Safe-to-Move logo attached with proof of purchase.
- Firewood will be for sale on-site per bundle.

Parking Policy:

- Parking allowed in designated areas only and parking passes must be visible at all times.
- 1 vehicle allowed per reservation. Additional cars must be parked in the overflow lot.
- Please do not drive on the grass or park in the roadways.

Pet Policy:

- Pets are only allowed in the CABINS. $100 fee per pet added to the reservation.
- All pets must be kept on a leash of at least 6 feet or less.
- You are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of any feces after your pet’s potty break.
- You are also responsible for all damage inside or outside, including pet hair removal on furniture or beds. If your pet shows aggression towards another guest, you will be asked to leave and your pet will be prohibited to return.
- All pets should be up to date on state required vaccinations.

Common Courtesy & Safety Practices:

- Please use courtesy and common sense in keeping your area tidy. We want to protect the wildlife and natural beauty of the area, so we ask that all trash be bagged and properly disposed of in resort containers/dumpsters.

- Parents are responsible for their children’s safety and behavior at all times. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

- Alcoholic beverages are restricted to your reserved room/cabin. We ask that you drink responsibly and abide by local and state laws.

- We are a family friendly resort, so we ask that you be respectful of your neighbors by not playing loud music, using foul language, and abide by the quiet hours.

- If you choose to break any of our rules or policies, you may be asked to leave without any refund and prohibited to return.
