'Everyone there is so helpful and sweet. It was so convenient being able to do everything we needed. Breakfast was good and drinks were always fresh. I can't rave enough about all the staff! They're amazing! Would definitely stay again.'

'Decent rate and adequate lodging. I'd stay there again except Clinton Iowa has a BO problem.'

'Minimal amenities but clean and quiet.'

'Loved the jetted tub...This was the first time I ever experienced one!!! I made certain almost daily I was inside! Staff was courteous and helpful. Quiet, spacious. Solo traveler.'

'dog friendly, restaurant convenient and good. Ideal for traveling with a dog. No need to leave the property for a one night stay.'

'The room was great, very comfortable. A very unique property, I'd absolutely stay again. The only downside was the bar and restaurant being closed. There are a lot of options for food and drinks in the area.'

'Nice clean hotel with up to date furnishings and amenities. The staff was really nice and helpful.'

Our room had peeling paint, and areas of the ceiling that had clearly been patched were already peeling again. The stand holding the microwave and refrigerator was also broken. 'We were greeted with friendly and very helpful staff from the minute we walked in the doors. He even helped us with our luggage, and phoned us after we left to be sure we had a pleasant stay at his hotel - Budget Inn in DeWitt Iowa. We would recommend staying at this place, and we will stay here again in the future.'

'This is my first time that a my place and I will definitely stay at one again. It is not your standard hotel with bad breakfast food in the morning. I really liked that it had a very well set up kitchen if I happen to be staying for a while. People just need to know to bring everything they will need in the kitchen. No supplies are provided.'

'Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.'
