'Nice place not far from the river! Friendly host and safe neighborhood, perfect place to wind down after our work event. The deck was nice to have at nighttime, it was very quiet and peaceful in the neighborhood.'

'Beautiful view. Nice house. Very accommodating as far as house and host!'

'We've stayed here multiple times. Always very clean and easy to get to breweries, restaurants, the river trail for biking. Plenty of parking.'

'Great location close to multiple breweries and restaurants. During the summer there's a great walking path across the street and a farmer's market close by. Condo was great for a quick get away and had everything we needed.'

'Well maintained, clean and quiet place to stay. Smooth check in/out. Would stay there again.'

'Home was great and as described. Clean and very close to many restaurants and places we needed to be.'

'Location was great'

'The property was exactly what we were looking for; close to a lot of the things we were in town to do. As noted in the description, there are trains right near the loft. Also, the loft is directly above bars (people, bands, etc.). But, the white noise machine and ear plugs were great! I would definitely book there again if I needed to go back to Davenport. Overall, a great visit!'
