« Great stay! Arrived at hotel to be greeted with friendly and helpful staff. Booked a premier room for 3 of us, had 2 separate internal rooms, one bedroom, and the other a kitchen/living space with a pullout sofa bed (which was already made) - both really comfortable! "J'ai séjourné dans une chambre standard. Standard est une façon de dire "basique et ancienne". L'hôtel a vécu et surtout les salles de bain sont d'un autre age, en désaccord fort avec les images mises en avant sur le site. Il en est de même pour le petit déjeuner. Correct mais assez basique. Les images peuvent être trompeuses alors sachez que la salle de pdj n'offre aucune vue sur le london bridge. Localisation parfaite néanmoins. A considérer si le prix est intéressant"

"I had a bedroom with a large two persons bed and a window. The room was more spacious that I anticipated, the bathroom.was very clean and so was the room. I know I will be coming back to this hotel when I'll be in London again, there was nothing amiss and the people working here were very nice when I checked in despite my poor English and my clumsiness. I highly recommend this place."

"Très bel hôtel ,le personnel est super que ce soit à l’accueil,le bar ,le personnel du petit déjeuner….cependant un seul bémol le frigo de la chambre 615 est à nettoyer…je m’en suis aperçue en partant…sinon pour le reste c’était impeccable,la vue sur les docks et sur o 2 est magnifique…..il est un peu excentré mais le calme était vraiment un plus! Nous avons été surclassés alors merci beaucoup….."
