'Super locatie! Pal aan het strand. De kamer was mooi en schoon met een goed bed. Heerlijke douche. Dame bij het inchecken was vriendelijk. Aangezien wij in het naseizoen zitten, was bij ons het restaurant niet geopend. Ook was de receptie maar enkele uren per dag aanwezig. Indien je ze nodig hebt is er een telefoonnummer dat je kunt bellen. '

'I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...

'Most staff were helpful except for one in the evenings who gave us some trouble about parking an additional car. We had gotten the okay from another staff and manager. Regardless, we already plan to come back and stay again. We are two couples and one of us is expecting. Plenty of room to add a baby and pack and play! Beds we’re comfortable, two bathrooms are always a plus. Temperature was easy to adjust. We like walking and felt it’s a perfect location in between Perkins cove and downtown...

'We love the location and ambiance of our room. Our stay was short but sweet! We ate at the Black Trumpet, Great food and service. Downtown Portsmouth has great restaurants and shopping as well. A must stop when you’re in the area. '
