Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, outside area, basketball hoop and parking.



The Neighborhood:

Ohio City is an urban neighborhood, home to about 9,000 residents. The trendy dining and entertainment hub is centered on the main strip of West 25th Street, with cocktail bars and breweries, alongside vegan bistros and gourmet farm-to-table restaurants.

Other Things to Note:

Pets are allowed at the house. If guest brings a pet and they leave the house, the pet must be in a cage until they return. To have a pet, it is an additional $120.00 fee, that must be paid before check in.



Smoking is not allowed along with any evidence of a party. If this is violated it will be accompanied with a minimum of a $500 fine.



House is located in a residential neighborhood. Out of respect to neighbors, music and outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10pm on weekdays and 11pm on weekends.



Check out time is 10am. We charge a late fee of $65 an hour for late check outs. If later than 2 hours, the rate goes to $130 an hour.
