When booked together, you’ll also have access to the private rooftop and patio attached to Unit 600, a great space for relaxing, dining, or enjoying the view. Both units are conveniently located just outside the elevator doors for easy access.

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:



✹ Contactless check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a door code for entry/exit will be provided.



✹ These units have been lovingly curated for out-of-town guests! We love to host guests who have previously stayed in short-term rentals and earned favorable reviews.



✹ Please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events. While we appreciate your interest in our property, we reserve the right to decline such guests.



✹ Please advise us of any allergies or sensitivities ahead of time so we can better prepare for your reservation.



✹ The rental rate does not include a daily housekeeping service. The unit is thoroughly cleaned and inspected before check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services are available for longer stays for an additional fee.



✹ Upon check-out, please ensure excess trash is placed in the large receptacles at the side of the house.



★★ RULES AND GUIDELINES ★★



✹ We ask guests to enjoy and treat our home with the same love and respect as they treat their own home.



✹ For the comfort of all present and future guests, smoking and large gatherings or parties are not permitted inside the units. (if you break this rule, you will be asked to leave by the landlord).



✹ Moving or rearranging furniture within the property is strictly prohibited. Our team has carefully designed the layout for optimal functionality and aesthetics. This rule is in place to maintain the property’s condition and to prevent potential damage.



✹ Check-in is at 4 pm onwards and check-out time is at 10 am. Late check-outs will incur a fee of $65 per hour. After 2 hours, the rate increases to $130 per hour.



✹ These properties are NOT pet-friendly.



✹ Damage to the property will incur the following charges:



Pet cleanup $500-$1000 (minimum), depending on the severity

Party cleanup $750 (minimum)

Smoking remediation $500 (minimum)

Towels $20 each

Linens $50 each

Comforter $200

Duvet cover $100



✹ Please note that there are exterior security cameras for monitoring. A noise monitoring device is installed inside the property.



✹ Guests must complete a check-in form, upload a valid ID for identity verification, and sign a rental agreement.



✹ Please note that by booking, you consent to a third party screening your identity and checking criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms for guest screening can be requested from the property manager. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam folder for this email and contact the property manager with any questions/concerns.
