You’ll have full access to the apartment and all the awesome building amenities — with an easy, contact-free self check-in.

- One free parking spot is included in the covered garage attached to the building. (Heads up: it’s a little tight for big vehicles.)
Other things to note
- This is a 2-story home, so stairs are part of the deal.

- We may ask for a photo ID after booking. If you’re parking, we’ll need your car info too.

- Quiet hours are from 10PM to 7AM — this is a residential building and we want to be great neighbors.

- No parties, no smoking, no hanging out in common areas. (Any evidence of a party or smoking inside the unit will result in a $500 fee.)
- We have a pet fee of $150 for the extra cleaning.
- For everyone’s safety, the building has hallway security cameras and a Minut/NoiseAware device inside the unit — it only monitors volume, not conversations.

We take house rules seriously to keep the space cozy and respectful for all guests and residents. Reservations may be canceled if flagged as high-risk.
