You will find it in this cottage-inspired 2nd floor loft apartment that offers modern amenities. Unlike other loft apartments this space offers a full-size bathroom with a full-size tub and sink, a full-size kitchen with a dining area that can fit 5 people around the dining table. The kitchen also features a full-size dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, garbage disposal, and cooking necessities for those looking to make their meals on a regular basis. Additionally, there is a private bedroom that offers ample closet space and a separate family room that features a smart tv, reading chair, and sofa for times you want to relax and unwind. Despite this apartment being on the second floor, guests can enjoy using the private exterior entrance that leads directly to the private parking spot offered along with the space behind the home.

Kitchen/Dining Room Highlights:
The kitchen is located on the second floor of a house that offers a private entrance to this apartment. Upon entrance, guests will find an open concept kitchen and dining room design that features a sweet little dining table! The apartment offers a large spacious kitchen equipped with a full-size oven/stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, & toaster. In addition to the kitchen appliances, the cabinets & drawers offer various cooking tools, dishware, & utensils. Baking ingredients are not supplied (ie. flour). For days when cooking gets a bit warm, one of the kitchen windows features an A/C unit.

Bathroom Highlights:
Off the kitchen, guests will find the bathroom that offers a full-size tub for those who want to relax and enjoy a bubble bath. The bathroom also offers a heating lamp to keep you warm in the winter and a ceiling fan. Spacious and roomy bathroom.

Bedroom Highlights:
Adjacent to the family room is the single bedroom that features a plush bamboo memory foam queen mattress decorated with large goose-down pillows and two deep closets to hang your clothing. Closets are also equipped with their own iron and ironing board.

Family Room Highlights:
The family room offers a smart-tv for guests to sign into their personal Netflix or Hulu accounts. TV subscriptions (ex: Netflix/Hulu) are not provided, guests must already have paid subscriptions to use the smart TV. The apartment is equipped with free private internet. Lastly, the entire apartment is equipped with its own central furnace & window A/C units that are under the control of the guest. Central A/C is not provided.

Entrance:
The loft apartment offers a private exterior entrance by way of an exterior staircase that leads directly down to the private parking spot available for guests behind the home. Please note these are exterior stairs that guests will be required to carry their luggage up.

Yard/Parking Highlights:
Outside the apartment in the rear of the house next to the driveway guests will find a private back patio offering firepit (made available upon request, wood not provided). The loft apartment is located on a large partially fenced property that offers a large grassy backyard for guests with small children who want to safely run around & get some fresh air. Lastly, the loft apartment offers one free private parking on the premises that is under 24hour camera surveillance, which is ideal for guests traveling with a fully packed vehicle. The apartment is located in a very safe family-friendly neighborhood with the police station located one street over.
