A large, renovated, detached house with an enclosed courtyard, located in a quiet hamlet 3 km from the Basilica of Cléry Saint-André, in a wine-growing and fruit-growing region.

It is located 15 minutes from Orléans and 30 minutes from Chambord, on the Loire Valley Châteaux and Loire à Vélo routes, and at the gateway to Sologne. It is 8 km from the A10 (Meung-sur-Loire) and A71 (Orléans Sud - Olivet) exits.

For business trips, the cottage is limited to 4 people. For requests for additional guests, please contact us (€80 for one person and €120 for two). On the ground floor, there is a living room with a lounge and open kitchen, an entrance hall with a washing machine, a toilet, and one bedroom (1 single bed) with a small office. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (1 double bed, two single beds, one double bed, and one single bed), a large bathroom with a shower, corner bathtub, and a toilet. There is a large enclosed garage. A baby cot and high chair are available.

Heating included, electricity included up to 10 kWh/day, then €0.30 per kWh.
Mandatory cleaning fee every two weeks for business trips.
