Immediate access to miles of Suncadia trail system, whether it's hiking, biking, cross-country skiing or snow shoeing!

- Two of these beds are built-in, which are fun for the little ones!

- In the closets, you’ll find extra pillows, sheets and blankets, 2 comfy cots with 3-inch breathable memory foam for flexible sleeping arrangement
- Nextdoor is a large bathroom with double sinks dedicated to the bunk room

- You’ll find 5 adult bikes, 3 youth bikes, 1 balance bike, 2 scooters, 8 pairs of snow shoes, 5 sleds, helmets, a jogging stroller, high chair, dart board, mini basketball hoop and other games.

You will have access to all public Suncadia resort amenities such as golf, restaurants, Glade Spring spa, parks, and concerts, except the pools. You will not be charged a nightly resort fee (currently 15%) when renting this home.
