« The property was clean, the fragrance that is used is pretty overwhelming when walking in the entrance. The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The whole check-in process was very fast. Upon walking in my suite there was a smell, like an old smell, if that makes sense. I think some of the furniture and carpet needs to be updated. The bedroom and bathroom were cool. The full kitchen was an added plus. Even though I only used the refrigerator. They have a bin for garbage and soiled linen...

« The room was clean, spacious, and well designed. The refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher were convenient. We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was quiet. The outdoor pool area even has grills. « the hotel was very nice and the young lady at the desk was very helpful. it is a shame that the visit had to be let down by some basic problems. i have never seen hotel with such low water pressure. i do not know if this was a problem with the hotel or the local water system. there was hardly enough water pressure to adequately wash my hands. on top of that, they provide no small bars of soap. just some liquid soap mounted awkwardly too high on the wall to use easily. maybe they need to install...

« estuve 7 dias y solo hicieron el aseo 4 veces siempre tenía qie decirles para que sacaran basuras y pusieran toallas y las llaves siempre se desprogramaban el desayuno esta nadamas bien hay mucha mosca y los bisketes duros. en general solo bien eso si la cama es muy cómoda »

« So mostly it was a great stay except the pool smelled a little like mildew. The Jacuzzi tub in our first room was broken in the fact the cold water was not working. But General Manager was very happy to help us and move us to another room. Other than that everything else was great. »
