Casa Patty – Fresco and Stone Charm in Civo, Valtellina

Casa Patty is an independent stone house on two floors in the historic village of Roncaglia di Sotto, Civo (SO), in the heart of Valtellina on the Costiera dei Cech. A restored historic sacred fresco on the façade welcomes you, reflecting the authentic spirit of this place.



On the main floor, the living room features a fully equipped kitchenette with stovetop, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishes, cutlery, and cookware, plus a sofa bed for a second guest. A pellet stove warms the space on cooler evenings. Upstairs, a cozy double bedroom awaits. The bathroom includes a shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, and towels.



On the ground floor, a private cellar offers a washing machine, dryer, and drying rack. Amenities include WiFi, bed linen and towels (beds made on arrival), iron, balcony with views over village rooftops and mountains, and a sun umbrella. Safety features: fire extinguisher, smoke, carbon monoxide, and gas detectors, first aid kit.



Self check-in via key box from 3:00 p.m.; check-out by 10:00 a.m. The village is accessible on foot via a paved path with stone steps. Free public parking is available in Roncaglia di Sotto, about 2 minutes’ walk away.
