The view was a view of other rooms but it was still a clean, spacious & gorgeous room we were walking distance from Bourbon Street, & a short walk to a number of tourist spots. Definitely book!'

'Melrose Mansion is a great place to stay in, if you are visiting New Orleans. The rooms are very nice and spacious and have a great look & feel. Our room was very clean, which is quite important to us. Across the street is a bar, which sometimes had some loud guests, which is the only downside we can think of. The breakfast is sufficient and the staff is very kind & helpful. The pool is a nice addition to the overall stay. Highly recommended!'
