'We rented two rooms. The TV didnt work in one. We called the front desk and they told us to unplug it and then plug it back in. They then had an IT person call and he could not figure it out. After about 4 hours of trying to get the TV fixed we gave up. In the morning I brought it up that the TV was never fixed and I was told we should have let them know the night before and they would have switched our room. We did let them know. 'The air conditioning was great, the beds were very comfortable, the pool and pool chairs were fabulous. Only downside is the breakfast is mediocre, and the noise/rooms are very loud if anyone is around you. It sounded like people were bowling. Very safe area, Mexican restaurant next door is okay. We would stay there again for the value.'

'Dirty!!! Floor is dirty, shower is dirty, no bags in trash cans unless tou want to put them in yourself! Hair on shower walls, dried booger on wall, trash behind toilet,. Breakfast attendant was amazing, friendly and so helpful. Front desk staff was rude at check in and check out! Our room only had 3 towels for 5 people and were told there were no kore towels available. Will never stay at a Staybridge again!'
