« Good breakfast. Close parking. Elevators worked well. »

« Would not read my receipt that showed 3 rooms were booked and kept saying only one room was. He didnt read and see the other 2 names. Only looked under my name because I booked the rooms. Would not give the other 2 booked rooms the price Expedia booked them for. One door key I was told to leave at the desk and go to them when I need in because it was a special room with only one key that could not be lost. I had to ask for pillows for the bed. Clerk let me know how much trouble it was finding me...

« Very clean room. Originally I would’ve said 5 stars but now we’re having trouble with a double charge. So I have to call back tomorrow and speak to the general manager. »

« Great location when you are playing sports at grand Park! My only issue was the Breakfast ended way too early. When you have a bunch of kids playing sports, it would be better to extend your breakfast hours! »

« Rooms clean microwave and fridge/freezer Hard working staff, manager helps w everything Breakfast much more than ive ever experienced and good. I have had continental breakfast that was rolls, cereal very little to pick from. This motel has sausage biscuits and gravy. waffles, juices, coffee,tea, fresh fruit. »

« Breakfast selections are outstanding. It can get crowded but there are plenty of places to sit. The evening bar area is also very nice. We liked our room, plenty of space. »

« The breakfast was very nice. I like a hot breakfast in the morning with different variations of food especially since I’m lactose intolerant. I don’t eat much but it was very nice that they had almond milk, and even hard boil eggs so I could have have eggs without cheese in them. The staff running the breakfast were so kind and professional. I would stay here again for my sons baseball tournaments »

« There was some confusion with my reservations online, and I was unable to contact a human being at the hotel to rectify the situation prior to check-in. Expedia made an attempt but was told they were unwilling to make any changes. The hotel receptionist was helpful in keeping me in the same room both nights, but there was no adjustment for the additional cost, and two rooms for two nights ended up costing me an extra $62. It would have been very helpful if the refrigerator had had a freezer...
