The beautiful modern Ski In- Ski Out 3 ½ room apartment is located in a comfortable apartment building built in 2011 1,500 m above sea level in Parpan, 5 km from Lenzerheide. In winter, the "Heimberg" chairlift is in the immediate vicinity (100m away) and the piste runs right behind the house. This gives you perfect access to the entire Lenzerheide/Arosa ski area with 225km of groomed pistes. Likewise, the cross-country ski run is right outside the front door, which takes you into a fantastic and varied mountain landscape.

In summer, nature in front of the door invites you to an active summer holiday. Wonderful mountain hikes or mountain bike experiences can be started directly from here. The Lenzerheide water sports center and the unique sandy beach with the children's adventure area invite families to linger.

Shops in the village and the postbus to Lenzerheide are within walking distance (200m).

All in all a perfect place for a variety of activities and dignified relaxation.



This generously designed holiday apartment is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Graubünden. The kitchen - of course with dishwasher, oven, coffee maker ec. you will also find a raclette and fondue set for cozy evenings. The apartment offers two bathrooms with bath/shower and two bedrooms with double beds. Bed linen and towels are available in the apartment. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. This apartment can accommodate 4 people. Families are welcome.
