'Friendly, attentive and helpful staff in all areas - restaurant, bar, reception and cleaning. Superior room was large, well furnished and clean - bed was quite firm. Excellent breakfast with wide variety of options and personal requests catered for. Evening menu with good selection of food of a high standard at reasonable price. Car parking is very tight and often limited when busy, but there is other parking within a few mnutes walk of the hotel. Overall a great place that would return to...

'We had a fantastic stay. We felt so looked after by all staff. We were particularly impressed with the young man who showed us to our room (despite a small key issue) and served us at breakfast - he was so polite and professional, he's an asset to the business! The room had everything we could need during our stay - comfy beds, nice toiletries provided in the bathroom and the biggest biscoffs I've ever seen! I would definitely recommend Creates to anyone visiting Monmouth! <3'

'A very bliss visit was so nice being away from big towns and citys. The dingle den is very cozy, Jo the host is an amazing lady and willing to help with anything you may need. I spent 13 days here and it is very peacful you wont see a single person unless you want to head to the local pub/resturant that does very good food and has a nice chilled vibe. Will be staying again in the summer '

'Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.'
