'Leider war Schlaf kaum möglich, da die ganze Nacht Bauarbeiten (laute Schleifarbeiten) am Nachbargebäude stattgefunden haben. Weiter ist das Wasser in der Dusche salzig und nicht warm. Wir sind daher einen Tag vorher angereist. Das Personal war wiederum sehr nett '

'Good things first. The staff are lovely. The breakfast is fresh and delicious. The proximity to a nice family beach is a 2 min walk away. The bad. Over priced. Both airconditioners didn't work. Bad smells from blocked drains and there is a building site right next door. Jack hammers and noisy 3 out of 7 days. Cant stay in room. Also taxi ride to main tourist strip.'

'I’ve been to Akumal & Playa Blanca secrets.. this ranks last in our list. The property seemed worn down, food quality was not a good as the other secrets, and overall the service was very slow at any restaurant we dined in. Probably will not return to this property. When you’ve been to other high quality resorts.. you kinda expect almost the same experience.'

'The resort is very clean and the pools are at perfect locations.the quality of the food is also great. The only issue was that when the buffet was closed at night, there are less than 5 restaurants to accommodate everyone at the resort and we had to wait over an hour to get in. Other than that, everything else was amazing.'
