'Goed hotel met uitzicht op Mount Fuji. Service en ontbijt zijn goed. Hotel is echter verouderd en aan renovatie toe. Gratis shuttle van en naar het station is ook een pluspunt.'

'We had a great stay! The onsen experience and breakfast are amazing, and the the hotel provides all the details you can hope for. Because of the way the hotel is built, and the beautiful garden, it is a must-do especially during fall. We should have stayed longer!'

'Clean and spacious room, great view of the lake in the room and the observation centre on the top level with a clear and great view of Mount Fuji are all marvellous. The hotel’s lobby was well designed as well with nice music and compliments to coffee and tea. Staff were friendly and professional. Great dinner and breakfast. High recommend to anyone wants to stay in Kawaguchicho'
