'Staff was excellent very helpful. Saltwater pool was amazing. We enjoyed the sauna as well. Very clean. Loved the view of the lake!'

'The property is beautifully decorated, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-night stay. A special shoutout to their coffee and tea bar- it had a wider selection of teas than most supermarkets! We also loved having dinner on the peaceful backyard patio, which is thoughtfully enclosed with pest screens. As a bonus, we were lucky enough to spot hummingbirds several times during our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to returning.'

'The staff at this hotel are really lovely. Had a wonderful check-in with a charming gentleman at the desk. Room was small but clean, shower didn't have much pressure. There was a wireless phone charger in the room but it did charge slowly. Outlets were in awkward areas but we managed just fine. Pool was closed during our stay - they only have an indoor pool. I saw a photo of an outdoor pool with their property photos on Expedia which is what made me book here, I was a bit disappointed to learn...

'We arrived to the hotel after a 14 hour work day and could not get in. This is a terrible way to run a hotel, there’s no one to call or any way to gain access to the rooms after a certain which is NOT MENTIONED WHEN YOU BOOK.'

'If you put a do not disturb sign on your door they will not come back to clean up your room even if you are out by 12 noon Then we had to throw our own garbage out If you need something from the village it is $15 a crack to park your car This called the Hilton Grand vacation !!!!'

'Clean and newly renovated rooms. Amenities are good. Kue mountains reosrt property needs to improve signage for the dofferent hotel properties as finding the proper hotel entry and navigating laneways is quite confusing. Signs are too small and hard to see. The bigges toroblem with the Mosaic hotel is this: TRUCKS MOVING LARGE GARBAGE CONTAINERS AT 6 AM FOR HOURS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. HOTEL GUESTS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE AWAKENED THAT EARLY BECAUSE OF THE CONSTANT BANGING.'

'The room was clean and cozy. The kitchen was clean and well equipped. The information about accessing the unit was accurate.'

'Fridge wasn't working when we arrived and it was alot of back and forth to figure out what was happening. They didn't realize the issue until the next day they just brought a mini fridge over which was not helpful. The AC at the upper level was not working and when the worker came over to look at the fridge I asked him about the AC and he said he already knew it wasn't working. So, they gave us a room knowing the AC was broken. Was not happy with the communication, they said someone would call...

'Amazing layout and space for dance comp participants. Away from the noise but close enough to send the teens walking to the venue.'

'This place is good value for money. Loved having a kitchen and the TV/fireplace area is lovely. It could use some TLC (peeling paint, old grout, etc). It was cozy and warm, great location. The only downside was the mattress on the bed. It was very uncomfortable and we did not sleep well. I ended up sleeping on the sofabed on the third night, which was a bit better but also not great. Would definitely return if the mattress was upgraded.'

'Wonderful little getaway with friends. The place is in a great setting with outdoor pool. Beautiful views. Far enough from the Village to not get the noise & congestion but close enough to walk there. Improvements for the pool area could be better chairs & pool towels. Also maybe 2 pools as it does get pretty full at times. Improvements for the unit better bed sheets as they kept coming off the bed. Thanks it was a great visit and we will definitely be back.'
