'We have never been to hotel with such a high level of service ; every employee that we met no matter where it was whether in the elevator walking outside or just in the lobby, asked if he can help us with anything if we need any special services or just a quick hi. 'Excellent hotel, with modern style and flair. Room was very well appointed, very clean, quiet and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences and super fast internet. Staff are amazing…from check in through the entire stay, courteous and always there to help. Special mention to the Westin Club staff who were just wonderful. Gym ( with pool and sauna) is very good. '今回2回目の利用ですが 前よりまた良くなってました 一階にワウパスのチャージができる機械があったのが便利！あとコンビニも隣スタバも隣 駅もバス停も近くて便利 フロントの方は日本語通じるしとても感じが良い 日本人スタッフもいました 雨の日はビニール傘も貸し出し(無料)があったし ヘアアイロンも貸してくれました 部屋も洗い場付きのバスタブがあり トイレも別ですごく快適 総合してとても良いです また次回もここに泊まりたいです'

'For the price, imo it’s sufficiently nice. Great service from the staff, so many restaurants, convenient stores, interesting areas worthy of your time just walking around. There’s also Chung gae chun creek that’s less than a minute walk. Deep your feet for 10 minutes and you’ll feel good! The room is not big, or rather maybe I chose the cheapest room but for the price especially in Seoul area it was well worth it.'

'Absolutely gorgeous hotel in a perfect location, right next to a subway station and walking distance from Myeong-dong. Huge room, lots of space for sitting, unpacking and some closet space too. Bathroom straight from a magazine. Daily complementary water, tea and coffee. Very helpful staff. Some small cons The hotelroom is fully carpeted (apart from the bathroom) which is, especially being a pet-friendly hotel... a choice. The room was also very warm. Aircon wouldn't go below 23 degrees C....

"Great and clean accommodation. The staff is very kind and helpful. The Myeongdong city centre is at walking distance and also the subway lines are a few minutes walk away. The food of the hotel restaurant is off high quality. My partner even said she had the best pasta of her life here, so go check it out! The hotel also offers a free shuttle service to Seoul station and discount on the Express train to Seoul Incheon In. Airport. Make sure to make use of this service :)"
