The villa

Villa Sabai Jai Jung consists of three separate pavilions in a modern tropical Thai style, built around a large private swimming pool. The layout offers both privacy and generous shared living spaces, making it ideal for families or groups.

Living & dining

The main pavilion features a fully equipped indoor kitchen with dining area and bar, as well as an outdoor kitchen with BBQ. The entertainment room includes two large sofas, a 75” TV and a Sonos sound system that extends to the pool area.

Bedrooms

The villa offers 5 double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, air conditioning and pool views.

The master suite is located in its own private pavilion and features a spacious bathroom with rain shower and bathtub overlooking lush greenery, along with a walk-in wardrobe and additional lounge/study area.

The remaining four bedrooms are located in a separate pavilion, with two on the ground floor and two upstairs.

The villa comfortably accommodates 10 guests and can host up to 12 on request.

Outdoor area

The pavilions are centred around a large freshwater swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers, a spacious deck and a covered sala with lounge seating — perfect for relaxing and spending time together. The pool is chlorine-free and professionally maintained.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa, including all three pavilions, the private pool and a 2-car garage. The fully equipped kitchen, outdoor BBQ area and all indoor and outdoor living spaces are available for your use.

Two villa staff members are available Monday to Friday (8am–5pm) during your stay. They provide daily cleaning, fresh towels, and can assist with dishes and light laundry if needed.

We can help arrange car or motorbike rental — please let us know in advance. Grab is widely available in the area, and a 7-Eleven convenience store is located just 400 metres from the villa.

We love welcoming guests to our home and aim to create a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The villa is best suited for families and groups looking to unwind, rather than parties. We kindly ask guests to respect quiet hours between 10pm and 7am.

Smoking is allowed in outdoor areas only (such as the garden or sala) and is strictly prohibited inside the villa, including bedrooms and indoor living spaces.
