The jewel of the accommodation is its spacious private terrace, bathed in sunlight, equipped with a table, chairs, and two loungers perfect for relaxing after a day at the sea.



Inside you will find a modern and practical space: integrated kitchen, living room and dining room, with induction cooktop, refrigerator, Italian coffee maker and Dolce Gusto, water boiler, toaster and complete tableware. The living room has air conditioning, flat-screen TV and Wifi connection. In addition, it has a comfortable sofa bed designed for two children. The main bedroom offers a double bed and also air conditioning, ensuring cool and quiet nights. The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.



The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and hair dryer. Upon request, a crib and high chair are provided for the little ones.



The apartment is located in Chipiona, known for its extensive fine sand beaches and calm waters, ideal for walking and sunbathing. You can enjoy water sports, coastal routes, and spectacular sunsets near the iconic lighthouse. On Mondays, the local market adds charm: perfect walks among stalls of crafts, clothing, and typical products, where you always find some unexpected treasure.

Pets are accepted (up to 6 kg in weight).

As required by law, we must request copies of the DNI or passports of all guests over 16 years old. We send a link before arrival to register.



The bail will be retained through a credit card and the client will have to provide their details through a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
