'We were upgrades to a 1 bedroom in the 7th Floor. Which was generally really nice. But then we arrived on Friday night and the 7th Floor terrace was right next to our bedroom and Some tennants were having a small get together on the terrace. And they were allowed to be there until 12. So something to consider when you give a room preference. Nothing against the building itself. Generally: would book again and would recommend!'

'Beautiful room with spectacular views. We had the corner king room and it was great. Immaculately clean. The front staff was terrific, very helpful. We interacted with Lavender and Audra and both were super helpful and pleasant. The check in process is a little funky as you don't get a "key" but you get a link to use to open your door. More of a hassle than it's worth. He kept texting the link to me (as the reservation was under my name) but I never got it via text, had to rely on a friend's...
