Hôtel près de Chiles Center (Portland)

« Rooms were very dirty. They didn’t look like they had been cleaned nor the sheets changed. I had two room and even after changing our rooms to different ones the other rooms were the same. I was disappointed because the pictures online were nothing like the actual rooms. Will not stay here again. »

« As soon as entered I was greeted. My check is was quick and the staff were very nice. The facility was very clean, as well as my room. Would definitely return. »

« Second time staying here, a pleasant experience overall. Checking in was a bit annoying, since only the bartender could do the process, and he was unfortunately swamped with bar customers for a while. Not sure why another staff member couldn't take care of the process. Other than that, clean rooms, friendly staff, convenient location. Noise from the shows below isn't so bad, although noise from other guests in the hallways in the mornings can be a bit much, but not unexpected given the layout...

« The area the hotel is in is very clean and safe. The neighborhood is safe. There are lots of shops and restaurants, and even trails to walk around neighborhoods. It's convenient to Highway 26. The low star rating is really for my specific room. I arrived late and just wanted to sleep. When I went to the bathroom noticed there was dirty tissue in the wastebasket and what seemed like a used towel hanging on the shower door. « The ladies at the front desk were amazing and we went for my son 6th birthday and they treated him so well they said happy birthday to him and just let him be him. Everyone was so wonderful. My husband said we should get this hotel for now on. And agree with him. Best vacation in a long time. »

« Tres bon emplacement a Portland, possibilité d’être à pied en hyper centre, personnel très efficace, pas de petit déjeuner, mais un excellent café et des cookies frais dans le séjour de l’hôtel le matin ! Excellent rapport qualité prix pour Portland. À noter : en restant 2 nuits, pas de service de chambre le deuxième jour, ce qui est un peu dommage..sans changer le linge, vider les poubelles et remettre de l’eau et du café aurait été parfait ! »
