'A nightmare from go. A week prior to arrival in Reim, I requested address from host, but she would not give it to us. Was told we would get the address at 3 PM on the day we were going to arrive. We arrived and we had no contact with the host until 4:30 PM when we called Vrbo customer service l. when we entered the unit, The front door was broken there was no working locks. There was a filthy garbage can in the hallway. there was a second entrance hallway door that was also broke without a lock....

'Een ruim appartement op een steenworp afstand van de Cathedrale. Een toplocatie, op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. De beheerder is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam, reageert buitengewoon snel en heeft goede tips. Aanrader! '

'The Flat is in a great location within 10 mins of Reims Cathedrale. Check in process with easy and communication with property manager was great. Flat is big and well equipped. It has four bedrooms & two bathrooms but note it only has one toilet. Parking was free outside property and we always found a space but there are a lot of birds in area and car can get quite dirty. Overall the flat is great if you need to be in the centre of town and need to have parking. Thank you for a lovely stay.'

'Christine was exceptional with her prompt communication and hospitality. She left our 8 y.o. a present and sweet treats, and she directed us to the games in the apartment that we enjoyed on our evening in. The location is perfect with easy and free parking. The apartment is so spacious, clean, and includes everything needed, and I'm sure if you need something that may be missing, she will supply it. Would definitely return.'

'Nice appartement on walking distance from the centre. Our French isn’t great, but we managed with hands and feet. We misunderstood were we could park. It is not the big parking, but there is a ‘private’ parking; great! The garage door needs to be opended by the owner. There is a cute café on the corner of the street, gives some noice on the weekends. We had a great stay!'

'My only regret was that we couldnt stay longer. This apartment was well furnished, very cute and in the most convenient location. Very walkable to dozens of restaurants, bars and the best bakeries. I would highly recommend this apartment. We were two people and it was so spacious. Located on 3rd floor for those who have trouble with stairs, not a problem for us, but could be for some. I would definitely return.'

'The apt is on the 4th floor and is very tough for seniors with suitcases.The kitchen and bathroom were modern and well appointed. The Bed was great! The ceiling lights were dim and it was difficult to read due to poor lighting in general! Location was great! The bldg. is in need of repairs esp the staircase!'
